Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with CHAULINE HANSLE BOOK STORE. We take pride in offering quality books and collectible editions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items such as gift cards, digital downloads, or sale items are non-returnable.

  • If your item was damaged, misprinted, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at:

Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item was faulty or incorrect.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.


4. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at chaulinebooks1@gmail.com for assistance.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Downloadable or digital content

  • Clearance or final-sale items
